Prachtige uitzicht vanuit bovenverdieping ( restaurant) op zee, met een geweldig ontbijt.

The staff were soooo nice, Haidar and the team really helped us to feel welcome. They also used their connections to organise some great activities (eg fishing with the locals) at good prices.

Podobało mi się po prostu wszystko, wspaniały personel, smaczne śniadania, codziennie coś innego, no i ta kawa....mniam. Atmosfera cudowna, wszyscy bardzo mili i każda nasza prośba, była spełniana, najszybciej jak tylko było to możliwe.

Nie było nic z czego moglibyśmy być niezadowoleni, wszystko było super!!

The room is relatively spacious.

Facilities are not up to the mark considering the price we paid. The water in the bath was a trickle and it was not simple to take a shower, the constant electricity cuts for hours were not backed even by small electrical fans, so we could not sleep during the night. Similar hotels within the same price range everywhere we stayed in Zanzibar have at least some backup that operates some light and at least a ventilator. The owners notified us that there is going to be a power cut on one of the nights we stayed, they took off from the hotel and left it deserted. We returned later in the evening to find the main gate widely open leading to our room, nobody was there, not even a single light. The room was unbearably hot, as the AC installed is hardly sufficient for such a room anyway, and without it the temperatures were getting soaring. We stayed out of the room until electricity came back at 0100, and even then the AC did not cool the room. It did not seem as if the owners really plan to do anything about those regular power cuts in order to make the situation better. All in all, we found the place to be very basic and not very inviting. We are sorry to say, but we do not recommend this place at all.
