Location was nice, quiet
No ground level access, nobody cleared the outside stairs or even put salt or sand over the ice. Two of the guests could not stand taking a shower, the sulfur was so bad the house stunk of rotten eggs. We had to buy water boil it let it cool down to do a sponge bath. Also asked repeatedly to get in earlier than 4pm to get out of the cold and was denied. I would have paid extra. Outside temperature was in the single digits. We were told we had water access, not true
