Outdoor space impacted by relentless air con noise, making it unpleasant to sit out on the balcony. Elevator still out of order beyond communicated refurb end date - meaning we could not bring all our luggage up to apartment. TVs did not work, so we were unable to watch anything in the evenings. Overall, given the price, this was not our best booking.
