Luxury Penthouse - 3 King Suites - UG Parking

Spacious and very cozy place for family gathering.

Parking lot is annoying! Would prefer a specific lot.

Very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds & pillows were extremely comfortable. We loved having 3 bathrooms for 6 women, all with tubs! Well stocked kitchen. Fireplaces in each room. The view... breathtaking. Walking distance to restaurants. Underground parking.

The leather loveseat & chair in living room were quite worn.

It had everything you could need. The view was really great. Very much appreciated the Banff passes, and the included parking. The beds were very comfortable. And there was enough room and sitting space for a bigger group.

The actual apartment is really good. it is huge with private space for each room. I found that the hosts had gone above and beyond to stock the apartment with anything that you may need to make your visit more comfortable. There are amazing views and the appliances and facilities in the apartment made the experience much better than it would have been. Parts were run down such as a peeling loveseat and the main fireplace wasn’t working when we were there, which really detracted from the ambiance of the big room.

The actual building is run down. The pool (which is very small) and hot tub area were dirty. There are no seats for parents to sit and watch older children. While I was waiting for my boys to change in the change room, a man was having a mental breakdown or overdosing in the hallway bathroom. even though he was screaming and banging, no staff came until I went to the front to get someone. I guess this could happen anywhere, but I felt security was lacking to monitor who was entering the building and I never saw any type of staff except for that one time when I looked for help.
