cleanliness. The room is clean and everything is fine

I came with my family with group of 6. Our room come with breakfast. we are Malaysian and we don’t know Korean language. The staff who serve in the cafeteria is super rude to us. Honestly, we never messed up things. we took our breakfast as usual, there may be some small rules that are not aware like we should put the tray back to the kitchen after meal. The staff can guide us if we are not aware. But, she is very rude and react very rudely to us when talk to us even I don’t her language. But, her act give us a very unpleasant feeling. This is totally not acceptable in a service line like this. I never come across such a bad service in my life , seriously.
