Small apartment with all needed, well equipped and great outdoor terraces

The couch was broken and we were with kids. Sleeping was a huge problem. Couch issue was not checked or resolved unfortunately

Beautiful property, but completely lacks functional Wi-Fi The Sia Mare property itself is absolutely beautiful, featuring a lovely, modern pool area that is perfect for relaxing. The apartments are well-equipped with everything you need, and the air conditioning works great in both rooms, which made our stay very comfortable. Overall, it was a really nice day and a pleasant environment.However, it was highly disappointing that the Wi-Fi does not work at all. Management should state this clearly before guests arrive on holiday. That way, travelers can make alternative arrangements ahead of time to purchase a pocket Wi-Fi or data plan that actually works. It is a wonderful place to stay, just come prepared to be offline.

No cleaning at all in 4 nights stay

The rooms were absolutely beautiful. Small, but modern and calming space created. Beautiful large balconies accompanied by the hum of evening crickets that is the sound of Greece. The swimming pool was clean and accessible. Local grocery store nearby. I'd also like to compliment the thoughtfulness that went into the apartment - washing machine tablets, cleaning materials, salt, pepper, and toiletries all considered meaningfully and this touch was lovely. Premises exceptionally well maintained.

The location. Accessing a taxi from here was near impossible. All taxis accept the large jobs so a request for transport from Sia Mare to nearby beach bars like Varkiza were impossible. Being here with 2 small children made this a big negative point for us and we ended up leaving a day early despite the beautiful premises. There was a nearby beach a short walk away but this was geared at locals who came prepared with chairs umbrellas etc.
