Sia Mare

- 2 minutes to the sea - quiet neighbourhood - green - comfy apartment with huge balcony - responsive host - clean territory

- no dishwasher - the front gate didn't work sometimes - hot water in the evening is not really that hot - the internet was slow and laggy

We had a long stay and for the two of us, the space was just fine. The pool area was a nice amenity. The balconies were spacious.

The bathroom space was tight, however for two people it was fine.

The apartment was provided with necessities such as Iron, toothbrush , toothpaste , washing machine &pods, coffe , drinks etc etc.The host was always available for any additional needs or questions.

I liked it all to be honest. I would say more toilet roll as there was four of us staying and had to ask for some more mid stay , but host quickly provided more which was great.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful. Small, but modern and calming space created. Beautiful large balconies accompanied by the hum of evening crickets that is the sound of Greece. The swimming pool was clean and accessible. Local grocery store nearby. I'd also like to compliment the thoughtfulness that went into the apartment - washing machine tablets, cleaning materials, salt, pepper, and toiletries all considered meaningfully and this touch was lovely. Premises exceptionally well maintained.

The location. Accessing a taxi from here was near impossible. All taxis accept the large jobs so a request for transport from Sia Mare to nearby beach bars like Varkiza were impossible. Being here with 2 small children made this a big negative point for us and we ended up leaving a day early despite the beautiful premises. There was a nearby beach a short walk away but this was geared at locals who came prepared with chairs umbrellas etc.
