家族5人で利用するには充分なサイズです。建物は古めですが数日の宿泊空間としては充分です。風呂もバスタブにためることができシャワーの圧力や温度も充分でした。部屋のドアを開ける際に悲鳴に近い音がして中に人がいるのかと思いましたが、ドアの金具に油をさせは直るかと思います。予約時に必要以上の個人情報の提供を求めない適切な管理がされています。目の前のコインパーキングが空いていれば料金も高すぎず打ち止めもあり便利です。3階の部屋もエレベーターなしなので大きな荷物があると少し大変かもしれません。大塚駅に散策しながら行ける距離で多国籍な店が多く大きくはないですが街も楽しめます。また利用したいと思いました。

建物の割に中が綺麗でした(^^)
後にメッセージで来るのではなくて、住所にビル名を入れてくれるとありがたい。
お風呂場の件は聞いていたが、ダイニングルームの電灯は落ちてるしキッチンの横は金属が剥がれていて危ない。
アメニティや備え付けのものはとても助かった。
