Comfortable beds, soft sheets, nice bath, and Japanese toilet, overall clean and new, and above a really nice local market

Since there are two double beds, there isn’t a lot of room left for luggage, and nowhere to just sit.

À éviter pour des personnes avec des grosses valises, l’escalier est étroit.

The location was close proximity to train station, 7/11 store, mini supermarket, 100 Yen shop, and pharmacy. The Sumida train station runs on Yamanote line which makes it even more convenient. The place was sufficient for a 10-day accommodation we had. It had all we need to sustain washing & drying, keep and warm foods, bath and shower separated to toilet, toiletries provided, and others. Although the place would have been better if there's a lift and the staircase wasn't narrow. The place was also accommodate us early to leave our luggage coming from an early flight arrival. Overall, the stay was good and comfortable.

It would have been good to have a lift and if the staircase isn't narrow which makes it a lot safer with children. Overall, the place is nice.

Alojamiento muy limpio, la cama muy cómoda, nos tocó un apartamento de la planta baja, no tuvimos que subir maletas por la escalera. Tiene de todo y hay carteles traducidos al inglés para que uses cualquier electrodoméstico o interuptor. El barrio es muy Tranquilo para dormir pero tienes muchos supermercados y combinas cerca.
