não tem recepção tudo é tratado por msg, anfitriã prática e flexível, existe um microondas compartilhado seria legal se houvesse uma pia e tbm copos, troca de toalhas somente a cada 3 dias, localização ótima

Só localização que foi boa
Não tem café da manhã comunicação totalmente online e limpeza péssima, passamos 4 dias ,não houve limpeza e nem troca de roupa de cama e banho, serviu apenas pra dormir, não oferece mais nada. Valor pago achei caro,pois não ofereceu nada,sem contar eu antes de ir pra hospedagem aqui na Penha eu tinha feito hospedagem em hotel Florianópolis e mesmo valor com tudo que não foi oferecido em Penha.
