Playa Celeste Tajao

There are no airport hotels in southern Tenerife and we had a 6am flight so we decided to get as close to the TFS airport as we could and spend some time at a little town. We picked this unit for those reasons. the village is sweet and our dinner at the Playa restaurant was good. our host was super helpful and attentive. the kitchen was well-equipped. As we knew, we parked at the free beach parking lot and walked 3 minutes to the unit.

we visited the village of Tajao a few days before our stay and found that the location of this unit was shown on google maps as a vacant lot and when we went there, it was a vacant lot. fearing the worst, we contacted our host who sent a photo of her front door which was down the street. not a great start but when we arrived for our stay we knew where to go. This unit is a bit unconventional with a bedroom on the second floor with a balcony facing the street. to get to the on the main floor (and the only small bathroom), there is a small, iron circular stairway which we decided was too dangerous for us to manage in the night (would have been impossible to take the suitcase up these stairs). the main floor has a living/dining room with a small kitchen in the front and a double bed in a room with no windows (really only the front door opened to the outside) and no airconditioning. we elected to stay in the main floor bedroom which was closed off without windows and a small, not very comfy bed. if you want to see the water, you must walk a short block to the beach. the description of this unit is deliberately vague - buyer beware.

Prácticamente a línea de playa, una calle fácil de aparcar, (aparqué en la misma puerta) una zona de buenos restaurantes en la misma calle. La casa pequeña y coqueta, la comunicación excelente con los caseros.

La escalera de caracol es horrible si vas con niños o personas mayores.. además los ventiladores del techo no dan casi nada de aire. Por poner algo porque todo lo demás era perfecto

Dobra lokalizacja jeżeli lubicie nieturystyczne miejscowości z klimatem kanaryjskim. Apartament jest bardzo ciekawy ale trochę głośny zwłaszcza podczas silnego wiatru. Świetne restauracje z owocami morza i rybami w pobliżu.
