Ár-érték arány jó. Tágas nappali, erkélyről kilátás az óceánra, s látható a napfelkelte is. A vendéglátókkal a kommunikáció hibátlan.
3 szoba+ nappali. ebből 2 szoba pici, kevés pakolóhellyel. Gyerekeknek ez megfelelő méret, felnőtteknek picurka. Ajtók nehezen nyílódtak /szobák, fürdőszobák ajtajai/.

De locatie was goed, dichtbij de boulevard en winkel
De deur van de oven en de deur van de wasmachine zijn stuk dus lastig met bedienen. Ook de deurposten van de badkamers zijn redelijk stuk onder waardoor de deuren amper open te krijgen zijn als je ze helemaal dicht doet. Matrassen erg hard .
