Downtown Room

Location was fantastic on the edge of the historic Downtown area and close to the big Mariscal Lopez street that leads to the modern neighborhoods with many 24 hour gas stations and cafes aling the way. The apartment had a nice spacious living room and balcony. The kitchen had a small stove and toaster oven and a filtered water dispenser. Shared washroom has good hot water. A comfortable and convenient place overall for a good price. No mosquitos in my room. The owner responds quickly and easy self check in. Comfortable and comfortable and close to nightlife. Oldest restaurant in Asuncion is on the same street.

Fridge didn't work. The washroom in my room had no hot water but it didn't matter because the shared shower has hot water. Room was small without storage space but cozy and cheap.

Recomendable!!!

Easy communication with owners even tho we never met face to face. Everything is very well cleaned all the time. The room is really pretty and comfy. I just felt at home.

Wish we had a proper cooking station that isn’t broken (works but it’s a bit scary to me)
