It it a safe area, closed of patio perfect for our dog to be free. Comfortable bed and spacious living room. The shared shower has good pressure and hot water. The location was very convenient for us, close to all the things we needed to do in Asuncion. The host are very friendly and helpful.
Everything was as expected, it could have been a bit cleaner.
