Very bad experience,do not recommend anybody,because your trip could be ruined the last minute.

Just 48 hours before my work trip, the owner canceled my stay without attempting to get in touch with me. I immediately called them, seeking an explanation and an apology, but to my disappointment, they provided no justification and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience caused. The situation was even more frustrating as I had booked and paid for the accommodation a month in advance, making it clear that they weren't overbooked as they had claimed to customer service. This inconsistency indicated that they had been dishonest. Subsequently, I had no choice but to hurriedly find an alternative property, which ended up being more expensive due to the last-minute reservation, not to mention further away from my work congress. The whole experience left me feeling quite let down and financially burdened.

Great option for a solo traveler

Very nice, modern and clean apartment. It's quite small but very cozy, well-equipped, so it would be a great option for a solo traveler. The host is very helpful and the self check in process is smooth.

Good

The instructions for getting into the property were clear and sent in advance. The property comes with a spacious shower cabin which features two shower heads and has a good water pressure. Thick blackout curtains are perfect for blocking the outdoor lights. There is a massive TV, basic utensils and lots of storage space (although some of it may be difficult to reach for some people).

A huge mirror on the wall creates an optical illusion and makes the apartment look much bigger in the photos than it actually is. The soundproof is minimum to non-existent - I could hear every single noise coming from the neighbours which brings me to my next point. The whole building appears to have been recently renovated; there are maintenance works in place nearly every day, and staircase leading to the flat is extremely filthy. I had requested the host to provide me with an additional blanket at the time of booking but did not find one upon arrival. It was arranged for me later on. Although I was able to use Netflix etc., none of the TV channels were working. It was not necessary but definitely nice to have during my one week's stay. The host assured me that she would contact the appropriate company and send me the instructions on the following day. I have not heard from her since. Lastly, it is really a shame that the apartment did not have a microwave. Also, I did not appreciate to have found a one page of house rules some of which were not listed on booking.com. I have attached it to this review for further details.

Definitely worth of money

The room is very warm and nice looking. Big TV with excellent internet connection and free Netflix. The kitchen is very good and the washing machine has an option for drying.

It’s a perfect one if u are gonna spend time in the room

the flat is so well- designed and modern. It had all the things we needed. It’s a perfect place if u’d spend time in the room.

Location, The shower system was making so much noise and there was a problem about hot water, It’d be better;if the towels in the wardrobe wouldn’t be wet and the washing machine wouldn’t be full. And the messages was in Lithuanian.

Nice new room. Everything was clean and the interior really new. There is no street noise.

The room is nice. It is just a little hard to find. The room is in a building that is completely under construction which makes it really confusing. The wifi password they gave me was incorrect but they were really helpful and the matter was solved really quick.

Atvykstant paskambinome pasiteirauti, ar galėtume bent truputį anksčiau atvykti į butą, kadangi įsiregistravimo laiku turėjome svarbų online susitikimą. Ponia, su kuria kalbėjomės telefonu sakė, jog pasiteiraus ar tvarkytoja spės pabaigti valytis ir informuos. Skambučio tris valandas taip ir nesulaukėme. Įsiregistravimo laiku nuvykus į butą, bandėme į jį patekti, tačiau viduje kažkas buvo ir nedarė mums durų. Tuo tarpu greta esantį butą baigė tvarkyti ir darbuotoja nei pasisveikino nei ką, įdėjo raktą į dėžutę, išėjo ir viskas. Laukėm toliau, bandėm į savo butą patekti, kurio durys pagaliau prasivėrė ir pasirodo, jame gyvena žmonės, taip pat susimokėję, o mums galimai priklauso kitas numeris, iš kurio ką tik išėjo tvarkytoja. Skambinam nurodytu numeriu, sakom, kad mūsų bute gyvena žmonės, tai sako ai, eikit į gretimą, turbūt suklydom siųsdami informaciją. Tai nežinau… kai lauki 3 valandas skambučio, tada pusvalandį stovi už durų kaip durnelis bandai pas kitus žmones ant galvos įsibrauti, jausmas nekoks. Kitas dalykas, reikia sutepti vonios kambario duris nes jos taip girgžda, kad net susikalbėti neina.

Nekeista patalynė. Atidengus užtiesalą paklodė buvo dėmėta, tad likti bute buvo teisiog šlykštu ir teko vėlai vakare ieškoti viešbučio, kur būtų galima švariai pernakvoti.
