Comfortable beds and pillows, clean appartment, as pictured. Welcome pack with sponge/dishsoap/olive oil appreciated. A/C worked well across all rooms. Not overly noisy. Appliances worked well. Supermarket and pharmacy right down stairs. Eric was friendly and attentive.
A few more utensils per person would be great. There are several public transportation lines close by which is great but do expect it to take a good 30-45 mins to get to most key places, often with a bus change.

Breakfast was not included
accommodations were great. Wasn't sure how to use the espresso machine. Every time I put water in it and turned it on, the water leaked out of the front.

The apartment was comfortable, good appliances, beautiful views. Small grocery store across the street was very handy. Although there were no instruction manuals for the appliances, the apartment manager helped start the washing machine.
The elevator was out of order all 7 days of our stay. The apartment is on the 7th floor (8 flights up), a major issue for us, as we are 78-84 years old. We called about the elevator every day, but no satisfaction. We felt booking.com should give us a rebate for the inconvenience, but have had no response. One bathroom was so small it was hard to maneuver.
