Very accommodating for a family of 5. Great location for resort proximity and downtown access. Quiet neighborhood. Great functional kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms. Nice master bath.

The location of this property was perfect 10 minutes to the mountain in one direction, 10 minutes to groceries , gas , restaurants in the other . The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked ; plenty of utensils, pots and pans , appliances, a grill on the back deck , a blender , crockpot….. The sheets and towels were clean and crisp , obviously sent out to be professionally laundered . The ski room was a bonus !!!! Hooks for clothing, boot warmers ( !!! ) This property was great ! We enjoyed our stay and hopefully the next time we are at Big Sky we will be able to stay here .

Excellent location. Loved the ski room. The laundry was awesome. The beds were very comfortable with lots of blankets.

Several issues: The first there was no parking pass or hot tub key card on our arrival on a Sunday. I called about this immediately and no one was able to figure out what to do until the correct property manager was back on Tuesday who was able to get it corrected immediately. We were refunded $50 a day ($100 total) for missed amenities but it was a huge hassle calling multiple days in a row trying to get it resolved. The kitchen did not have enough forks for meals for 6 people nor enough wine glasses. There weren’t enough trash bags so we had to buy more ourselves. The lighting in the downstairs bedrooms is terrible could barely see to pack up stuff each morning for skiing. There was also a mouse trap in the corner of one bedroom when you walked in that luckily did not have a mouse but was set so fortunately we saw it despite the poor lighting before anyone accidentally lost a toe. Finally the two couches in the living room were so uncomfortable we could barely sit on them and used the dining room chairs instead. For paying more than $3k for a week in this house it definitely could have been much nicer as it has lots of potential.
