Many updates over the last few years including new floors in main living area, paint throughout, new kitchen counter & backsplash and a new central a/c unit. There is a large private deck off the LR with a partial bay view, private outside shower, and driveway parking for 2 cars. It has all modern amenities including central air, fast wifi, washer & dryer, dishwasher, etc. Well-behaved non-shedding dogs are welcome. We cannot accomodate high school or college students / senior week, etc.

This a clean, comfortable, updated unit in a GREAT location. Most of these types of properties have either been knocked down in recent years or have been taken off the rental market.

This property is well stocked with everything you need but we do not provide bath linens or bed sheets / pillow cases. These can be rented from numerous companies on the island for a small fee; or you can bring your own.
