Welcome to Southern Sun - new construction waterfront house with private dock located in a beautiful, peaceful location right next to Lake Norman State Park. House offers 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, modern living room that opens up to a screened in porch with amazing views of the lake. Enjoy evenings by the firepit after a long day on the lake. 2 adults and 3 kids kayaks included, boat rentals available from local marinas.

Excellent host; excellent property. The house was immaculate and provided a well equipped kitchen. This is a relaxing home in a quiet neighborhood that is close enough to the State Park for daily walks. Access to the lake is on the property; restaurants and attractions are convenient. The host was readily available and responsive.

The host was helpful and great. The house was very beautiful and clean and in a great location. The house had anything you would need or more and a great Lake view from the bedroom we slept in. I would stay in this house again. Thanks!
