Our house is updated with completely new flooring while maintaining original hardwood floors in the kitchen. It is super cozy and private. As always, we never compromise on comfort and bedding. This house is outfitted with furniture and bedding from Brooklinen, West Elm, and 100% cotton sheets and towels.
House Layout:
First floor has cozy living room and a stylish dining room with seating for 6. In the kitchen, we have an additional dining space plus amenities for cooking. Through the kitchen, you can get to the fenced backyard and off street parking.
2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom are on the 2nd floor. The bigger room is a King bed with Molecule medium memory foam mattress and a 50" TV in the bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with medium memory foam mattress. Our sheets and bedding are all 100% cotton with duvets from Brooklinen and West Elm.
We have LG washer and dryer in the basement with Tide laundry detergent for your stay.
Fireplace is not available for use.

All beds are memory foam mattress for a comfortable night's sleep.
Bathroom - Charmin, Pantene/Head & Shoulders shampoo and Olay/Dove body wash
Kitchen - Dawn, Bounty, Cascade, & Keurig Starbucks k-cups
All sheets washed in Tide and we provide Tide detergent in the laundry room area for your stay
Fast 500Mbps Internet throughout the house & 55" Smart TV in the living room
Additional add ons by request only with additional fee:

Great, fast communication with the host. The house looks just like the photos. The beds are comfortable with a firm and medium memory foam mattress. . The front porch could use some furniture. The living room needs another piece of furniture to sit on. Upon arrival the house had a smell of cigarette smoke but that faded after a day (perhaps cleaning crew or a neighbor). The warm weather required us to install and use the portable. AC unit to keep the upstairs cool. I'd recommend a window AC unit installed upstairs. Backyard needed landscaping.

The house was as advertised. It was in a nice neighborhood. House was clean, well stocked, and communication was excellent. Very happy with our decision to stay here and if we make it back to Cincinnati we will try to stay here again for sure.
