→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Millerbnbs furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, and one paper towel roll. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.
→ TOWELS - We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest, along with 1 hand towel for each bathroom and 1 kitchen towel per stay.
→ PARKING - Two parking passes are included in your reservation. Guests will be able to park in the covered parking garage and use the pedestrian walkover bridge to access both Towers.
→ SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable $300 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit—including towels and linens—the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.

We really enjoyed this condo! It has a beautiful 17th floor direct ocean front view. The balcony has really nice patio furniture that I noticed other rooms did not have. The pools are awesome at majestic for kiddos especially. The layout of the room was perfect for our group. My 11 year old brother really loved the room with a daybed and his own TV. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil needed to cook any meal. The master bathroom is phenomenal with a GIANT closet, stand up shower, and a jacuzzi tub. Huge dining room table. The check in process was so easy. Like the easiest I think I’ve ever had. We parked and went directly to the room. The parking garage has a catwalk over the road so you do not have to cross the street with kids and luggage. Elevators at the resort were great. Very little wait times. There’s an elevator very close to the condo front door and drops you off right by the pool and the Starbucks/cafe. Very convenient, clean, and the communication was top notch. The owners check in frequently to see how everything is going and if anything is needed. The response time is very fast. 10/10 would recommend this condo, PCB, and the majestic resort!

The uniqueness of the property was the management how they were attentive to your needs by openly communication making sure everything was okay. I can not say enough about the Majestic Resort clean, loading and unloading process spot on.Security was very helpful we had a person 84 years of age and 73 very instrumental in helping us move them around the property.

The unit is very nice and clean with the perfect amount of space for a family of 6. The views were beautiful and the location is good. There was a small issue with the door lock that was promptly corrected by the owner with no further issues.
The only issue with this place is the elevator. Of the four elevators, only one worked consistently. At times there were long waits to go up or down. This is no fault of the unit owner, as there isn't anything they can do to help. When we return to Panama City Beach, this will be our first choice to stay (as long as we can see that the elevators are fixed).
