We had a wonderful stay and can say with experience (having renting many homes), this home is clean, convenient and well appointed. We stayed in this home to attend our daughter's wedding at the AA Barn, which was just an 8 minute drive away. In addition to my husband, my 88 year old mother and two out-of-town guests. Location is great and an easy walk to Lake Granby. We saw lots of wildlife including a heard of young bucks who strolled by on their way to the lake.The bedrooms were were very comfortable but keep in mind that there are stairs. Fortunately, my mother was able to navigate and she had one of the bedrooms on the main floor so she only had one flight of stairs. The kitchen had everything we needed and the views from the living room will take your breath away. Then there is the amazing decks, especially the upper one with gorgeous views of Granby. We enjoyed our coffee there in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We enjoyed a beautiful hike around Monarch Lake and a rented boat from Indian Peaks Marina. We didn't have time for fishing but heard it's really good. A very wonderful stay by all!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was lovely, clean, and well appointed, exactly as advertised. Actually nicer! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

We arrived at the cabin in 2024 after having stayed in 2023 and loved it. There were some improvements like new flooring on the main level, but the cabin was as excellent this year as last.
The grill was out of fuel but there was a standby tank next to it, so no call to the owner was necessary. We had no issues with the kitchen, utensils, or any of the utilities. Water was hot and with great pressure.
I will say, the beds are by far the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The master bedroom, you can customize the feel to your side if you'd like, it really made things comfortable! Our seven year old as well slept very well, with no concerns about the neighborhood, or wildlife.
10/10, we can't wait to stay again next year. We love this place!
