Welcome to your mountain get away. This charming condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering the best of Granby Ranch year-round! Our lovely home is in an ideal location, only 2 miles from the base lodge, which allows for quick access to the ski lifts, hiking and biking trails, world class golfing and fishing. Enjoy mountain and valley views from living room and master bedroom. Perfect for 1 or 2 families.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! The kitchen, all living spaces; sleeping areas and balcony are available for your full use.
Our home is stocked with all your household essentials, high-quality sheets and towels, and an ample supply of laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, tissues, etc.
Summit Time Vacation Rentals is available if you need us, feel free to reach out through the Vrbo platform.
-Booking Requirements:
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
No smoking indoors; please use designated outdoor areas.
-Respectful Behavior:
Be considerate of neighbors and their property.
No parties or large gatherings are allowed.
-Quiet Hours:
From 8:00 pm to 9:00 am, keep noise levels down.
-Weather and Road Conditions:
No refunds for storms or bad weather.
Consider using four-wheel drive or chains during snow months.

The location was perfect as we hiked and went to both Granby and Winter park. This was a last minute decision to go to Colorado and this place was exactly what we needed. Clean and comfortable and quiet.
