About this apartment rental
This beautiful ski-in/out condo has two bathrooms and two bedrooms with loft, offering the best of Granby Ranch year-round! Our lovely home is in an ideal location, very close to the ski lifts. Perfect for families, sleeps up to eight.

There are multiple amenities including a free hot tub steps away from the condo (operated by the HOA) plus access to the Granby Ranch Hall (0.7 mi from property) outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub and fitness center for a guest access fee of $10/person/day (children 7 and under have free access).
Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! The kitchen, all living spaces and sleeping areas are available for your full use.
Our home is stocked with all your household essentials, high-quality sheets and towels, and an ample supply of laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, tissues, etc.
Summit Time Vacation Rentals is available if you need us, feel free to reach out through the Vrbo platform.
Booking Requirements:
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. (ID will be required for verification before check in)
No smoking indoors; please use designated outdoor areas.
Respectful Behavior:
Be considerate of neighbors and their property.
No parties or large gatherings allowed.
Quiet Hours:
From 8:00 pm to 9:00 am, keep noise levels down.
Weather and Road Conditions:
No refunds for storms or bad weather.
Consider using four-wheel drive or chains during snow months.

We had a fun visit to the Granby area and the house was a beautiful property for us and our grandsons. Plenty of room, a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Tae managed t was very attentive. It is a beautiful setting with expansive views of the mountains.

The condo was in a great location and was well stocked. It was also comfortable and roomy. Our only complaint was the amount of pet hair in the condo.

We had a wonderful visit. The condo was just perfect for my family. The amenities were more than plentiful! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

I hate to complain, but I told her I would...We stayed at this property for our daughter's wedding.
I talked to the property manager about not having the master bedroom closet for the weekend.
Since it was a wedding, we could have used more hanging space ...inside.. the bedroom area..They had locked the master closet, I guess for their own stuff... that was not mentioned.
My choice was to either put my clothes all over the sofa and have no place to gather in the LR or.. improvise. I was able to put together some space on the back of the laundry closet door..but I needed to walk OUT of our room to get my clothes..No robes were provided.Yikes! Anyway..it was OK..maybe better if you only have ski gear...not dressy clothes..They offered me $10 off the pool every time I used it..but I have to submit the receipts..I don't get that ..too much work..not enough problem solving on their part.They said "they heard me" as far as the closet goes..maybe they will improve that problem and then have a good place to stay..The condos down the street had so much more closet space..they seemed like they were planned better for visitors' use. nice people..just a bit irritated they didn't go further to solve my problem..get this they told me to hang my clothes on the rod in guest's bathroom upstairs..I dunno..the guests might be miffed they have to move my clothes to shower..what?? I could have used more help
