The sleeping area includes a double bed located in the attic, reachable through a staircase located in the living room.

You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
In case you do not receive the contract on time, you will need to contact the managing agency the property to the number indicated on the booking confirmation.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 21:00. And that will be subject to an appointment being made with the receptionist.
Dear guest, this property is located in a LIMITED TRAFFIC ZONE, you can cross the gate only for loading/unloading according to specific times:
MORNING from 8:30 to 10:30
AFTERNOON from 14:30 to 16:30
(always check the road signs at the gate)
NOTICE: it is forbidden to park inside the historic center, therefore it will be necessary to find a place for your vehicle/motorcycle outside the gate. . City Tax: € 1,00 from age of 12
