Our vacation rental is located in beautiful Münster, right near the University Hospital of Münster (UKM).
It’s situated in a quiet area and is easily accessible by car or public transportation.
A parking space is available free of charge! The non-smoking apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, measures 60 square meters, and can accommodate up to 4 people.
A washing machine and dryer are also available.
Pets are not allowed!
The Aasee recreational area is right nearby and is perfect for taking a walk.
For your everyday needs, you’ll find a large shopping center, a drugstore, a bakery, and a pharmacy right nearby.
For sunny days, the apartment features a sheltered, sunny balcony with a view of the Aa Valley.

We were very happy with our stay, we spent a week here and truly enjoyed it. Kitchen was well equipped. Had everything I needed. Very comfortable beds. what I liked the most, was it was very quiet. the host was very pleasant as well. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this property.

Thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to the apartments in Münster. The property was new and very well cared for with good quality furnishings. The location has frequent public transport links to the city centre and the supermarket plus petrol station are nearby.
A peaceful location on the outskirts of the city. We will certainly be coming back here. Thank you for your hospitality.

This is a nice apartment with a very spacious living room and kitchen, plus a large deck with views out to the fields.
Everything is in excellent shape, I believe the entire property was just converted to apartments (2022?).
If there is anything to complain about at all... well, maybe the kitchen area could use an under-counter light, for cooking it's a bit dark there. And the bathroom shelf in the shower should be better attached; the whole thing popped off the wall and fell on my wife's foot... but I am sure the host will fix this.
Check-in was done by the host and was quick and easy, as was check-out.
Overall definitely recommendable, at least if you come by car or are OK with a short bus ride into town.
