About this apartment rental
The comfortable new 3.5-room attic apartment with a separate entrance consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, study and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is absolutely new and was completed in January 2019. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The apartment has unusual architecture with large windows, 5 meter high ceiling and stylish wooden beams. It was paid extra attention that as possible only natural building materials find the application.
Guests have a complete apartment for themselves with a separate entrance from the parking lot. Gardenmice use is also possible. The barbecue area is fully equipped with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. A large trampoline is available for the children.
City center can be reached in 20 min. reach directly by bus. Bus stop is right in front of the house. In the immediate vicinity are a pub, McDonalds, a restaurant, lock, canal and a park. If you need something, we are always available for you. We are looking forward to your visit!

We loved our time here. I travelled with both my teens and the flat was big enough for the four of us. It was extremely clean, just as described, great location.We truly enjoyed our time in this flat. Landlord was quite nice.

Enjoyed a long weekend at Stan's place. The place was immaculate and comfortable - had everything needed. Everything we needed in terms of bedding, bathroom amenities as well as a well equipped kitchen was provided. Loved all the natural sunlight through the windows although it might get warm in the middle of the summer.
Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to personally meet Stan as we had a very busy couple of days but he was good at communicating via message.
Just 2 things to note which are more about booking the property itself than the quality of the property - (A) unless you have a car, you'll be relying on the bus system to get into Munster proper so you'll need to plan around it, particularly on weekends - there is a bus stop literally in front of the property but it only comes 1x/hour. Otherwise, there are other bus stops within 15 and 20 minutes. (B) if you have any issues with climbing stairs, this might not be the property for you. As you walk in, there is a study and a shower with the washing machine/dryer but the bulk of the space is up a spiral staircase. Also, one of the bedrooms is up a very "janky" set of steps with no hand rail.
Overall, good quality and value for our stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It's location was very convenient to multiple bus stops, restaurants, canal, etc and was an easy commute to Muenster. Stan was very accommodating with all of our needs during our month-long stay. Would definitely stay again.

Das Beste zuerst: die Wohnung war super sauber!
Negativ: eine Gartentischplatte und ein Stück Treppe hinter der Couch, ein Klimagerät daneben und ein Ventilator im Schlafzimmer. Hätte man vielleicht im abgeschlossenen Zimmer unterbringen können.
Das Bett war scheinbar neu (da auf dem Foto im Netz ein anderes zu sehen war), aber da kein Platz an den Seiten war, konnte man eigentlich nur vom Fußende reinklettern. Nichts für Ältere mit Rücken- und Kniebeschwerden!
Die Matratze war allerdings sehr bequem.
