About this apartment rental

Our three bedroom duplex in Logan Square is tastefully decorated and ideally

located for traveling families or groups who want to experience everything

Chicago has to offer! We're a quick walk to the Logan Square blue line station

and close to some of the best restaurants and bars in the city. One garage

spot is available during your stay. I provide all the essentials to make your

stay easy and comfortable. Toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, towels, linens and

even coffee and tea!



Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need

additional time, please consider booking an extra day.



Guests between the ages of 18-24 are permitted to book on an exception basis

only. In your inquiry please provide your age, reason for booking and who will

be staying with you.



Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups

looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are

expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.



Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full

duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people

in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique

circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else

but do not intend to stay yourself.



Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. One garage parking

spot is available during your stay; please park far enough to one side to

leave room for another vehicle. There may be some street parking available

nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on

the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use

a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead

of time around the city.

**House Rules:**



Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following

rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a

refund.



1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.

3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.

4. Check-out on time -- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Please vacate the unit on time and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Unauthorized and unapproved early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $250 fee.

5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.

6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.

7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.

* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.

* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.

* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

A corporate owner and little presence of a “local” host. Expect the basics no extras here even when it comes to towels. Two people two towels….Furnishings, other than the mattress, were of poor quality and showed wear.
