Ground level Beach Rental NEW ADA bathroom & bedroom.

Perfect stay!

We found the property in excellent shape, clean, neat, and well kept. It was perfect for our group of four but definitely would accommodate more. We very much appreciated that it was pet friendly and accepted our brother's service dog. The host was always responsive to our questions and the location was great, within walking distance to the beach.

Very nice amenities and location, short walk to beach and enough space for everyone. Kitchen could use more silverware, cookware, etc...but we enjoyed our stay very much!

House was wonderful and in a good location. If you have 8 to 10 people staying do not plan to use the outdoor area after 9 pm ( talking or laughing) as you will get a phone call from the host yelling at you and threatening you with eviction. Not a party just 10 people talking and laughing on the screened in porch ( that was the perfect gathering spot). Besides that it was a wonderful family location to stay for the destination wedding we attended. No check out instructions were provided so we just guessed based on previous experiences. No street parking but room for 4 cars if you stack them 2 deep. Floors ( as we stayed on the lower level) are paper thin. The 10 guests that checked in our last 2 days sounded like a Hurd running around on top of us at all hours of the day and night.
