The property is a side by side attached home 4 bedroom 3 bath. Duplex style with private deck and back yard.
Perfect for large groups, sleeps 12.
The beach is only 500 yards . Guests will have the use of the left entire side. Great area for Kids and families of all ages.
Parking for max of 4 vehicles.
Please note: Saturday only check in and 7 night after June 14th
This is a home located in a mostly residential neighborhood with several restaurants within walking distance of house . This rental unit has a large front deck, and private fenced small back yard.
First floor bedroom and bath.
The unit can be rented on a monthly basis in the off season.
There is a lock box there, so you do not have to meet us for a key.
High speed internet is included.
The home comes with fully equipped kitchen, propane grill, and full size washer/ dryer.
No special events or parties.

this was the perfect house for our stay. Our family all flew in for our sons wedding from different places and this house was the perfect place for family. The rooms are big, extremely clean and fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. The host responded quickly with our questions before our stay. There were no issues with anything.

Our stay was very nice. Home had plenty of room, clean and good location. The only disappointment was the attached neighbors had children who ran around in the house and you could hear them clearly. Kathy answered all our questions ahead of time and was easy to work with.
