Nestled in Black Dog Harbor, this home provides panoramic water views and incredible sunsets from its multiple decks. Plus, the island is so narrow that you can see the ocean from the top deck. The beach is just a short quarter-mile walk or bike ride away, or you can take advantage of numerous public access points and 4WD beach access for a fun-filled day by the waves.

Pamlico Hound was the perfect stay for our 2024 OBX vacation. It was in a great location with easy access to the beach and beautiful views of the sound. The house was well stocked for all your needs. Highly recommend!

From the moment we booked, Dan and Dawn were there every step of the way until we arrived. They answered all of our questions promptly and we feel like we have known them forever. Their house is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Very convenient to all. We were welcomed with a tote bag of goodies when we checked in. They made sure we were happy and asked if we needed anything during our stay while we were there. We will definitely be booking again in the fall.
