Welcome to Sandstone Retreat - a stylish mid-century modern upper floor unit with Mountain views. This unit has been freshly designed for both style and comfort. The sparkling white design is enhanced with vibrant accents yielding a fun mid-century vibe.

Guests will have access to more things to do here than at most any other community. Take turns visiting each of the Four Pools during your stay; two are heated year-round. In addition, the many nearby community benefits include Three Spas, Gym, Sauna, Fitness Center, Library, BBQ Grills, and a Billiards Room with Table Tennis. Tennis Buffs will want to take a swing at the three on-site Tennis Courts while everyone can enjoy a fun game of Pickle Ball.

Indoors, Sandstone Retreat offers the best blend of style and comfort. The living room in this condo is decorated in a tasteful mid-century style with ample seating around a large flat screen TV where you can stream your favorite shows. A 4-person dining room table sits on the end of the cheery, well-equipped kitchen.
COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS
Enjoy a great night's sleep in either bedroom on new luxury mattresses. The Queen Primary Suite (teal room) enjoys ample closet space and a small, private Mountain View Terrace furnished with a table and seating. Its en suite partially-updated bathroom has a large tiled shower and ample counter space. Comfortable seating below the wall-mounted TV rounds out this room. The King Primary Suite (lime room) also has ample closet space, a mountain view window, and en suite bath with partially updated mid-century-style step down tub/shower. Thirsty spa-quality towels and quality bath amenities are provided.
Fast Wi-Fi throughout and all TVs have Roku. Central A/C-heat adds to the year round comfort. Clean community laundry facility (paid by phone app).

Terrific location for hiking in the Indian Canyons and attending Modernism Week events. Very near Twin Palms neighborhood and the lecture halls, as well as the natural native palm oases in the canyons. Easy 1 hour drive over to hike in Joshua Tree. The home itself has nice views of the hills and is decorated to the teeth in delightful mid-century modern. Loved it!

The condo was great. Good location and nice area to walk around with close hikes & architectural gems.

Everything was great except living room sofa and area rug. Sofa had no support and was hard to get out of. Bathroom tub shower was old, moldy and needed new caulking.
