About this house rental

A mid-century gem built in 1968 in the Indian Canyons neighborhood. Recently remodeled to maintain character, but with very modern flourishes. Vaulted ceiling provides an open feel. 3 large bedrooms with walk-in closets, 1 loft bedroom, 2 baths, living / dining room, home office and 2-car garage provide ample space. The private yard and salt water pool offer panoramic mountain views. The location is close to Smoketree, Ace Hotel, Saguaro, Parker and the whole revitalized South Palm Springs area. This was our third year staying at this house. We have friends/family stay with us. EVERY ONE enjoys their stay here. The pool is fabulous. Communication is wonderful and very prompt in sending us instructions for check in and checkout. Already planning our return in 2027Thank you Fred and staff.
