Fab house in a great location. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Spacious inside with great outdoor area. Parking too.

Great location, really well equipped, comfy beds, nice and clean, nice wee garden

Carpets smell a bit doggy Not enough tumblers or cutlery for 6 people

We booked this property as it was dog friendly on checking to make sure that the garden was enclosed I unfortunately stood in a present left by the previous visitors dog so garden needs to be checked after dog owners have left. Walk in shower door does not close properly and there is a leak on the shower head. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment but needs a can opener and the patio furniture by the back door needs replacing as is unusable in its current condition. This is a very nice cottage just needs some minor maintenance.

Close to ambleside and windermere locations Property was cleanish

Steps acces at front of property, we struggled as well as dog to climb them. Mattresses need replacing as very uncomfortable to sleep on, especially with a bad back. Overall property needs a cosmetic upgrade as damp patches on kitchen ceiling, bedrooms and mould in shower Garden furniture(glass table and seats) needs upgrading at the back...but nice new wicker seats and table.
