I had the best time and a comfy bed to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. Make that trip and enjoy yourself

Location was fantastic, couldn’t fault it. Bedrooms are spacious and great facilities for cooking. Overall a great property for the price and parking was never an issue.

The property next door (attached) was having their roof replaced meaning there was a huge amount of dust and debris’s out of the front and out of the back of the property. So when we arrived I spent half an hour sweeping all this up (however couldn’t be helped really). As people have mentioned the living room sofa really isn’t comfortable at all, but we didn’t spend much time in there. Shower has a tendency to flood the bathroom, be careful! Issues on the final day with the outside door lock not catching and just spinning. But thankfully this didn’t impact during the staff as that would have been a real issue

Location was great, able to walk easily to shops and cafes nearby. Bathroom was nice with a lovely big bath. Nice and warm, heating worked well. Onstreet parking right outside was very handy.

I wish I'd listened to other reviewers about the beds, they are SO uncomfortable and we had sore backs all week which put a dampener on our holiday. The house would benefit from a thorough deep clean and some maintenance, the floors were dirty and it was very dusty. There was dog hair everywhere and the rug in the living room was smelly. Dirty dishes. Toaster didn't seem to work. Sofas were also uncomfortable and stained.
