Very comfortable. Appreciated the fact that heating was on when we arrived. Cosy and warm on a cold wet night. Easy to find, communication good. Also great to have washing machine and drier after incident in car with toddler!

The accommodation was very warm, which was great because we were freezing on arrival. It was very tidy and easy to get into the accommodation.
I quite liked it. I don't have anything to say about it. Very solid accommodation; would recommend it to others doing the Tongariro Crossing.

Nice kitchen, comfortable beds, hot shower.
The air con takes ages to heat up and there is no heating facilities in the room.

Its a nice accom, walkable to restaurants
For some reason the bathroom smells like a public urinal. Think it’s embedded on the floor, that needs looking at.
