Clean house with all utilities in place! Everything is at your disposal. Pro-actief call from the owner to determine how we can get to the keys. Friendly owners and good understanding. Very efficient and show they care. Great experience!

Magische beleving zeker met de sneeuw...

De host heeft alles met enthousiasme uitgelegd, konden ook steeds bij hem terecht indien we vragen hadden, zeer mooi huis...alles was aanwezig, we hadden een fijne tijd, jammer dat eind 2026 reeds geboekt is! Anders waren we graag terug gekomen...

Het was koud op het toilet op het gelijksvloers, er was geen verwarming....de handvatten van de kookpotten stonden los...hebben we zelf verholpen...

ideaal weekendje weg en verblijf docht bij de Hoge Venen

de gïte is zeer goed uitgerust en alle materiaal is aanwezig om een weekendje te vertoeven. er is mogelijkheid tot raclette en gourmet. Een ruime ijskast is aanwezig? De gîte is zeer gezellig ingericht en de ruime speelzolder en sportruimte is eveneens een troef.

Supermooi huis van alle comfort voorzien op een perfecte locatie!

Supermooi, modern en gezellig huis, van alle comfort voorzien. Mooie ruime slaapkamers en 2 grote badkamers. Op de bovenste verdieping is er een TV ruimte, een mini kickertafel/pooltafel en een fitnessruimte, wat aangenaam kan zijn bij slecht weer of voor de avonden. Het huis is heel goed gelegen om wandelingen te maken: vlak aan de hoge venen, maar ook dicht bij Verviers, Malmedy en Eupen. Er zijn een kleine supermarkt en goede bakkers vlakbij het huis. Er was een zeer vlot contact met de vriendelijke eigenaar en we kregen ook toestemming om onze kleine hond mee te nemen. We hebben een topverblijf gehad!

Goed om te weten is dat de tuin (ligt aan de voorzijde) niet volledig afgesloten is, dus kleine kinderen of honden kunnen wel op straat gaan.

Belle expérience globale. Superbe logement.

La déco, l'espace, la salle de sport les nombreux équipements de cuisine, le lave vaisselle.

Mixeur en panne, problème de chauffage et d'eau chaude ( résolu ), Ce qui à notre avis pourrait être présent: Couvertures supplémentaires, Fournitures de base cuisine ( éponges, liquide vaisselle, sel , épices, huile,... ) Dans les chambres, un miroir et une poubelle.

Séjour en famille

Contact aves le propriétaire très facile. Chambres spacieuses, bien décorées, literie confortable. Equipement en vaisselle et électroménager très bien (beaucoup d'assiettes, de verres, appareils à raclettes, 2 machines à café...). Grande télé et une télé dans chaque chambre. Jeux de société à disposition, salle de jeux, salle de sport,...

Le nettoyage du séjour n'était pas fait "à fond" (plusieurs toiles d'araignées, de poussières, vitres pas très propres). Par contre, les chambres et les salles de bains étaient nickels! Les hôtes avant nous avaient quittés le matin et nous sommes arrivés vers 17h, il n'est certainement pas évident de tout faire à fond entre 2 locations si rapprochées.

Kurzurlaub mit der Familie

Wir hatten die Wohnung mit 9 Erwachsenen und ein Kleinkind gebucht, alles wie beschrieben, im OG gab es ein Laufband ,Crosstrainer und ein Trimrad, ein Spielzimmer für kleine Kinder und ein Kicker, die Formel 1 Rennstrecke von Spa ist ca.12 Km vom Haus entfernt, Talsperre Gileppe mit Kletterpark und mehreren Restaurants ist in 5 Km Entfernung, das Haus kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Séjour incroyable dans un logement au top de nos attentes.

L’établissement est très spacieux, similaire aux photos, il top rien à dire. Toutes les chambres sont spacieuses avec une armoire pour ranger les habits. Nous avons bien dormis dans les lits tout le monde a trouvé cela très confortable. Les deux salles de bain sont incroyables. Le propriétaire est très sympa, réactif, et surtout disponible.

Top voor een gezinsvakantie, genoeg volwaardige slaapkamers en bedden. Wij hebben echt genoten.

De ontvangst en ook de gezelligheid bij het aankomen, overal waren er lichtjes er was kerstversiering en het was er gezellig warm.

Het weer !!!!
