Absolutely IDEAL location. Gorgeous home with all kitchen items you’d need included. Coffee station in kitchen and in the garage-adjacent room. We did not use the pool or hot tub. An easy stroll to cafes and restaurants. Immaculate inside.
The hot water was never “hot” from any faucet, merely tepid. Often, there was only one tepid shower pee day and the rest quite cold. The “tankless” water heater is either not properly calibrated or insufficient for more than a single shower per morning/night.

The location was perfect for us. We had booked the old town trolley, and we were a short walk away from stop # 1. The house had everything and more than we could even think of. I was especially impressed there was a crockpot and an air fryer. We ate out for lunch and then had dinner at the house every night. There was room for everyone, and it was so quiet and comfortable. We loved the interior design and really felt at home but better. I highly recommend booking here for a St. Augustine stay with a group or large family.
