Amazing 2 Bedroom in CBD C15

First city experience for my farming family. Couldn't find a fault with anything. Everything was right at the front door, views forever, so quiet in the apartment even at the busiest times. Great facilities, so many things to do and see.Doing this again really soon.

Very clean, amazing location, value for money.

The smaller bedroom had a mattress that was extremely hard, this is the only negative about our stay & may be fine for others!

It was a compact but nice apartment in a high rise block.

The hot water thermostat was turned down so far that the water was basically completely cold - if you ran it for about five minutes it would gradually warm up just enough to take a bracing shower. The staff sent a message about adjusting the temperature that was not helpful and then they took no further action to correct the problem even when advised the instructions didn’t work. No compensation was offered for the total lack of hot water. Checking in was also an issue, having been sent incorrect instructions for accessing the apartment and then once I managed to speak to the manager on the phone I was sent a completely different set of instructions (that thankfully did work) but I was made to feel like it was my fault by the lady on the phone.
