it can be considered only when there is no other available places.

Location was good, and it is very quiet area. It was good to have free car park.

toilet and bathroom was very bad, it is small and there is no curtain in bathroom. when you take shower full bathroom is wet. there is no enough air circulation. The apartment was old and so were all the furniture. When I entered the apartment it looked generally clean but when you looked under the sofa or bed you saw that it was full of dirt and even used bottles under the bed.

Great value for a shorter stay

The location is very close to train station Leverkusen Manfort, which is easily reachable from anywhere in Cologne and surrounding cities. The apartment was nice and clean and it never got too noisy. The communication with the host was very quick and easy. The kitchen also worked great and there was no real issues with any of the appliances around the apartment.

Even if you're just travelling from/to Cologne central, plan with atleast 30 minutes of delay. In my time of stay, I took 10 train rides and 9 of them were delayed by more than 5 minutes and 3 trains were simply cancelled. What I didn't like about the propety itself is that you can hear everything around the main entrance of the building and the doors. Some doors were rather difficult to close and the bathroom door was leaving a trail of debris on the floor as it was broken on the bottom. I also didn't like that I couldn't use the outdoor area as it was littered with filth and cigarette buds everywhere from the construction site.

Die Lage war gut, schnell auf der Autobahn. Genügend Platz in der Wohnung.

Lattenrost in der Mitte beim Hauptbett kaputt, Schlafsofa kaputt, offene Kabel in der Wand, nicht genügend Kissen, kein Bettlaken, kein Duschvorhang, Balkontür kaputt, Außenrollo kaputt, Küchengriff kaputt. Dreckiger Boden, fleckige Bettwäsche, fleckige Gardinen. Heizung im Wohnzimmer dauer Betrieb obwohl sie aus war. Trotz mehrfachen Kontaktversuch keine Reaktion. Sogar eine Woche später keinerlei Rückmeldung.

Bilder können täuschen ...

Generell war es gut eingerichtet und wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Küche war ansich gut ausgestattet.

Das Bad war leider keinen Stern wert... keinen Duschvorhang und somit Wasser überall beim duschen. Die Küche war ziemlich dreckig sowie am ganz Boden Sand/Dreck.... Vorhänge und Sofa auch nicht so Appetitlich. ... Schade. Das Doppelbett war leider auch schon sehr durchgelegen und beim drehen waren die Federn der Matratze zu hören Sofatisch fällt bald auseinander.

В основном апартаменты не плохие

Много факторов которые не понравились . 1. Грязный пол 2. Грязная посуда в посудомойке 3.Поломан диван 4. Пылесос не работает как надо. Элементарно собрать мусор с Пола не возможно . 5. В туалете мусорное ведро не было убрано. 6. На полотенце лицевом были волосы ( оно было постирано) 7. В душе нет шторки 8. Спальный район .(но плохая шумоизоляция и очень слышно движение от дороги )

Wir sind nach betreten der Wohnung in ein Hotel.

- Schimmel im Bad - Staub und Schmutz in der gesamten Wohnung - Im Backofen und Kühlschrank Essensreste - Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohnblock mit ca. 25 Wohneinheiten - Haustür war mal aufgebrochen worden, wurde provisorisch repariert.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Lage zentral, alles in der Nähe, gute Ausstattung, alles sauber, Preis Leistung top, alles wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nur eine klitzekleine Anmerkung. Wir hätten gern eine Kaffeemaschine gehabt.
