Villa Kavalino

De prachtige omgeving rond het huisje. De stilte. De schoonheid van het land. Je voelt dat het land met veel liefde verzorgd wordt.

Villa Kavalino ist ein hübsches, einfaches kleines Häuschen zwischen Kolymbia und den 7 Quellen. Tolle Lage in einem großen Obst- und Olivengarten ,mitten im Grünen. Stil ist eher traditionell; es ist sehr einfach, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Große Terrasse mit Jacuzzi. Wohin man blickte nur grün, Obst- und Olivenbäume. Obwohl die Strasse vor dem Anwesen vorbei geht ist es meist sehr ruhig. Ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und war jeden Tag da. Hin und wieder brachte er uns frische Eier von den Hühnern, die es dort auch gab, ebenso wie zwei süße Katzen, die sich täglich ihre Leckereien abholen kamen. Die Tochter des Vermieters stand ebenfalls per Telefon bei Problemen zur Verfügung. Aber da es keine Probleme gab und wir mit allem zufrieden waren mussten wir sie nicht in Anspruch nehmen. Das Haus ist ein dealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Uns hat es sehr gut dort gefallen und wir möchten unbedingt wieder kommen. Haben uns super wohl gefühlt dort und gut erholt. Wenn man buchen will sollte man aber im Hinterkopf haben, dass es wirklich eine nur einfache Ausstattung hat und man ein Auto haben sollte, da es etwas ausserhalb liegt. Aber das hat. uns nicht gestört. Im Gegenteil.

The owners are very nice and very helpful... The garden and the house are beautiful...we felt very welcomed... Epharisto for everything... We will come again for sure...

We have nothing to complain...

Location was nice, right between olive and orange trees and still not too far from the east coast or seven springs. Own entrance and parking spot directly from the road. Owner was very helpful with helping to check the road and closing the gate when he was around. We got some fruits in the fridge and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. All windows and the door had mosquito nets, that was great for keeping everything open, without worrying about insects getting into the house.

WiFi didn‘t really work, we always had to restart the router and there is almost no cell signal, so WiFi was quite important for us to plan the days. The bed is not too comfortable as it is just a mattress and the shower had no curtain. Also there was no shampoo or shower gel, so make sure to bring your own if needed. Cleanliness could also have been better, maybe it wasn’t rented out for some time before our stay and some dust collected. Inside the house it felt a bit dark during the days because of the shadow from the trees and sunshine not being able to shine into the house.
