Pool security
The pool security left the pool closed even when it wasn’t raining or lightening which was a big let down

We loved the location and the whole family was able to stay together instead of in separate hotels
Several outlets didn't work. It can be a pain having to go up to floor 5, walk across, then take the elevator to whatever floor you parked on. Also, the bed could be been better

The Grand Panama itself is in a great location with a nice beach. Very quiet and family friendly.
Our specific condo this time wasn’t as nice as our last one. There weren’t sheets for the pullout couch that fit and the washer was hit or miss with working. outdoor furniture was rusty and leaned back so far you could tell it had been broken and not replaced.
