It’s a large property with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, great House comfort indoors because you have space, appliances work well and are modern The managing agent is responsive by WhatsApp for all of us foreign travelers. They are friendly and apologetic

Location is 1,5KM from the beach and a long walk back up the mountain. the Property does not supply any beach gear so as a foreign traveler the walk and no beach gear sucked. The house has ants everywhere that you have to manage! Also there’s are few two pin plugs and a lot of stairs so be warned Downstairs bathroom windows do not open for fresh air. They seem to be stuck the Outdoor: 6 out of 10 because it’s a narrow space with sharp edges and requires work as cushions and chairs need to be brought in every night due to windy conditions and umbrellas out up/down to avoid wind damage. The pool also had low water which was only refilled two days before we had to check out, so basically paid for 8 days of subpar pool quality. Backyard braai area cushions were not available for us to enjoy sitting outside by the fire pit because of previous guests and no replacement of them during our stay, just a “sorry about that” from the agent regardless of the cost of this accommodation 1. General inconveniences - full prepayment 30+ days ahead seems unreasonable. They should take a deposit and fill payment a few days before arrival like other international accommodation - No delayed checkout (by two hours) accommodated - check out is at 10am ONLY Managing Agent needs improvement - Attention to detail is low. They ask you for contact information but don’t use it. We waited for the key when we arrived at the agreed time, then had to fetch the keys our selves all because the concierge did not read their contact information that they requested from us - The house had two weeks worth of garbage sitting in the garage with maggots yet the agent had not arranged removal of it. They only removed the waste 5 days into our stay after my insistence since the smell was strong and coming into the house.
