The small and medium-sized rooms are, in my opinion, only suitable for one person rather than two. However, if you are looking for comfort and convenience, I would still recommend them because the location is right in the heart of Kota Kinabalu’s main tourist area. Short stay highly recommend!
There is a lack of detailed information about the facilities. For example, it is not clearly explained that the escalator starts on the second floor of the building, not on the ground floor. As a result, guests with a lot of luggage may need to carry their suitcases themselves, as there are no staff waiting downstairs to assist with luggage.
This is something that elderly guests, in particular, may want to take into consideration.

The place is well furnished and nicely decorated. Well located.
Windows DO NOT make the room soundproof. They are very thin and on market nights (Friday and Saturday) the noise gets in the room as if you had it by your door until 01.30 or so.
