La climatización. Hacía frío. Y cuando pregunté como subir la temperatura, la respuesta no fue adecuada. Además de descubrir que no podíamos regular la temperatura y tuvimos que pasar frío, muy desagradable.

The location is incredible. The huge patio is great for larger groups (and very rare to find when travelling in European city centres!!) It was tastefully decorated with many thoughtful touches and luxe hotel-quality bedding. Responsive management team was nice, and it really feels like a luxuriously updated space. Highly recommend for family trips ect.

The humidity inside the apartment. The AC is not through forced air, ductless or HVAC, the "cooling" is actually radiant from the flooring. Therefore on super hot days, it's hard to find quick relief. The thermostat was locked at around 22°C but often it felt like 26-27°. I wish we could have had access to the climate controls during the night for example. Air circulation is tricky in this very old building, better venting is needed in the bathrooms otherwise the post-shower moisture lingers for days, and leads to having bedding that actually feels "damp".

Location and apartment overall good. However . . .

No WiFi inside the apartment. To get WiFi to connect to the internet required standing in the stairwell near the elevator outside the apartment. For someone needing to get some work done this was a major problem. They urgently need a more powerful router and/or a booster to get the signal strong enough to work inside the apartment. Their tech person does not seem to understand this. We had to rely on iPhone hotspot (cellular data) to accomplish anything.
