- Jó elhelyezkedés (metro és pályaudvar közelében) - Modern hangulat (nagyon hangulatos, jó érzést kelt) - Tiszta, jól felszerelt (mosógép, mosogatógép, sütő, hűtő, serpenyők)
- A foglalásnál Bookingon "Erkélyes stúdió" néven szerepel az apartman, de a helyszínen szembesültünk, hogy nincs erkély - Légkondi és fűtés nem szabályozható, nagyon fáztunk és a ruháink se száradtak (Ügyfélszolgálat segítőkész volt, küldtek extra takarókat) - Kommunikációs problémák miatt a személyzet engedélyünk és előzetes jelzés nélkül belépett lakásba, amikor hozták a takarókat
