Karzo Property LU 205 Free Garage

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu w tym apartamencie. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem oraz ze zdjęciami. Apartament jest w bardzo dobrym stanie technicznym oraz wizualnym. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Apartament był czysty. Stosunek jakości do ceny na zadowalającym poziomie. Lokalizacja ok, jeśli poruszasz się metrem (około 5 min. spacerem do najbliższej stacji metra - Lehel Ter), stąd bardzo szybko można dostać się do centrum (Parlament, Most Łańcuchowy). Parking w garażu podziemnym to kolejny atut.

Brak minusów. Nie zauważyłem niczego, co mogłoby być do poprawy.

It was a very nicely equipped apartment, and pretty large for a city unit. We really enjoyed having a dryer for a change, it seems like nobody in Europe uses dryers since all of the other places we have stayed had washers but no dryers. We also really liked the secure underground parking space. The host Ferenc was great person to work with, his boss should give him a raise. 👍

The shower head was mounted in a completely idiotic fashion where it would spray straight out onto the floor if you left it in its holder. Ten minutes with a drill and screwdriver could make it perfect.

Basically the appartment is new, very nicely furnished and decorated, the location is good close to everything if you come by car or use the public transport. The whole checkin process is well organized via app, and the instructions were sent via Booking message.The free underground garage was a great plus

The coordination of cleaning should be better, when we arrived the sofa bes was half folded and the bedsheets were still in the drying machine. They were soaked in fabric softener so much the whole apartment smelled and the second peice od sheets were not ironed and looked like been already ised before. Like rhe cleaning started late and had to be done on a fast pace. I’m sure thei is an exception but should not happen for a plave of this category. Also some of the kitchen utensils need replacment , bur we were not using the kichen so did not bother us.
