한글 맨 뒤에, I am a Korean who has been living in Canada since 2022 and came to Korea for business for two weeks. Among several hotels I have stayed, I spent a total of five days at the DoubleTree Hotel. Although I also stayed at both four-star and five-star hotels, my time at DoubleTree was truly exceptional and memorable. During my stay, I spent one day there with my family (family time after working hours). I was already aware from reviews that DoubleTree is a family-friendly hotel, but experiencing it firsthand made our stay feel genuinely special for all of us. It may seem like a small moment, but I would like to share something my 8-year-old son said. In the elevator, we met a staff member named Matthew. During the brief one-minute ride from the 12th floor to the 1st floor, he asked us how we were doing, whether we had any inconveniences, how our room was, and if our family was comfortable. They were simple questions, but they left a strong impression on my son. He said, “Dad, I think that person really cares about how we spend our time here.” That moment stayed with me, definitely small talk in the closed environment, but I believe we will return to this hotel again. It wasn’t just a place to sleep or freshen up for the night- it felt like a place where the staff genuinely cared about ensuring my family could spend our time comfortably and meaningfully. Throughout my two weeks staying in various places around Seoul and Bundang, this level of comfort was something I experienced only at DoubleTree. At the reception desk, the staff consistently gave their best effort, no matter what I asked- from arranging taxis to recommending nearby facilities and assisting with hotel amenities. I truly felt their sincerity in every interaction. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Matthew, who made such a positive impression on my son, and to Sunny at reception, who kindly assisted my family with every aspect during the stay. When booking through Agoda, hotel prices in the Bundang area range from approximately $50 to $300 per night. Having personally experienced both ends of that spectrum during my two-week stay, I can confidently say that DoubleTree, typically priced between $150 and $300, offers outstanding value. I strongly recommend adding breakfast, even if it costs extra- it is one of the best breakfast experiences you can have in Korea. Thank you. 20년째 한국을 떠나 영국, 미국, 캐나다에서 살고 있는 사람으로, 서울에 일때문에 들어왔다가 좋은 경험을 하네요. 교통도 불편하고, 지하철도 없는 곳에 더블트리 호텔이 있지 하면서 예약했는데, 수서역에서 오기도 괜찮고, 걸어서 조금만 가면 수내역이라는 곳이 있어서 편의시설도 많아요. 호텔 내부에 편의점이 있어서 지금도 맥주랑 소주랑 사서 방에와서 편히 먹고있네요. 가족들과 와서 하루 있었는데, 와이프와 아이가 정말 좋아하네요. 예약할때 무조건 아침식사 추가하세요. 아침 부페에서 먹고 호텔비가 조금도 아깝지 않을 정도로 만족했네요. 이호텔은 무조건 가족들과 오는 곳입니다. 50살 배뿔뚝이 아재가 와이프에게 오랜만에 점수따고 가는 즐거운 곳이네요. 내일 출국합니다. 감사합니다.

Spacious clean rooms. Friendly staff

The Hotel is located near many shopping stores with a large variety of restaurants and pubs. Over we had a great time. The shuttle bus service made it easy to move around. The Breakfast buffet was awsome. Lots of great food.
