Most helpful host, wonderful location with spectacular view of Palais de Papes see pics) and proximity to just about everything in old town Avignon, full and completely outfitted kitchen & dining table, very comfortable living room, fully functioning and efficient A/C, washer & dryer!
This wasn’t an issue for us, but property was 60 steps above street level, in a beautiful old building (no elevator). Bed was comfortable, but linens & (sleeping) pillows could use an upgrade. Shower can only be extended to a certain height, something to aware of if you’re tall. We stayed an entire week and these issues were only minor inconveniences.
