Pool is amazing, great communal areas and well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms in the main villa house are comfortable
Some of the bedrooms in the other parts of the villa were not as comfortable- and didn’t have mattress toppers.

The property was beautifully maintained, spacious, and very comfortable throughout. The pool was a real highlight and the air-conditioning was excellent. Pierpaola, the property manager, was helpful and always available on WhatsApp. The view was amazing and the location was private. Overall, the villa exceeded our expectations and provided an excellent base for our trip.
The sunbeds around the pool were not particularly comfortable and most of the umbrellas were broken. In addition, the villa’s location, while peaceful and private, was just a little too far away from shops, restaurants, and other amenities, meaning a car was essential for getting around - but that is completely normal for Sardinia and a welcome trade off for the view.
