Lacasa3 Villa Legian With Butler

Three lovely nights to close out our trip. Putu and Nata, our butlers/concierges (as part of a larger team caring for the villas and occupants), were excellent throughout, genuinely helpful and available every day until 10pm, which made a real difference whenever we needed anything sorted. Communication before and during our stay was great too, managed through a WhatsApp group set up by the villa team, so nothing was ever more than a message away. The villa itself is lovely: spacious, well kept, private pool a great spot to unwind. We also had in-villa massages organised easily through the team, excellent value and a nice treat without having to go anywhere. Location is quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to walk or get a cheap Grab to the main shopping and activity areas when we wanted to. Definitely recommended, and a lovely way to end our time in Bali.

A few things are showing some age in the kitchen, but nothing that got in the way of a great stay.

The location and set out

Great place to stay, close to main St and only a short walk to the beach.

We only had one breakfast and it was OK. We did not know how much the breakfast cost as this was not on the menu and I had to request the bill.

Provide breakfast prices and also allow payment by card (we could only pay with cash). A number of items need replacement including mugs (they were chipped and not very clean), outdoor chairs, sun loungers were very uncomfortable, bathroom towels were very thin and we had to request replacement pool towels, only one out of the three hairdryers worked. Pool though was lovely as were the rooms.
